NOS VEMOS EN EL FUTURO S.A.S., (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), makes available this privacy policy (the “Policy”) to the Holders of the Personal Data that will be processed by the Company, in compliance with Law 1581/2012 and Decree 1377/2013. 

This Privacy Policy describes how the personal information is collected, used, and shared when the Holder visits www.proyectoutopia.com (the “Site”) or grants their express, prior and informed consent. It also informs you about the rights and choices you have with respect to your personal information, and how you can reach us to get answers to your questions. Please note, our privacy practices are subject to the applicable laws of the places in which we operate.

Directly from you: when you visit the Site and expressly subscribe to our newsletter, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Identity Information”.

Managing Communication Preferences: you can submit a request to stop receiving emails, postal mail or text messages.


Your personal information may be processed in a foreign country. By submitting your personal information to us you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information in a country other than your country of residence.


Our website is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.

This Policy is effective as of May 3rd of 2023. The Personal Data stored, used, or transmitted will remain in our Database, based on the criteria of temporality and necessity, for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned in this Policy for which they were collected.
